May 1996 (185 lbs.): 1135 (285, 245, 380, 225)
August 1996 (180 lbs.): 1170 (310, 245, 390, 225)
March 2009 (246 lbs.): 910 (245, 195, 295, 175)
April 2009 (245 lbs.): 1055 (275, 235, 340, 205)
May 2009 (243 lbs.): 1125 (285, 260, 365, 215)
I finish my 3rd workout cycle with some new maxes on June 15 & 16.
Dammit, I'm going to get my Big Four total over 1200 this summer, or die trying...

Oh, and I guess I'll embed this YouTube video as well from Pastor Tony Smith (even though I've already shown it to Nols and Yahweh), who is known as a practitioner of "holiness preaching"...
I came across this dude while watching some hilarious YouTube videos from Pastor James David Manning of ATLAH Ministries in Harlem. (By the way, if you don't watch Pastor Manning on a regular basis, you should). Pastor Tony gave him some serious grief a while back and looked like he was about to break his hand banging the puplit.
